Art By Me Offers Two Programs For Schools/Organizations To Participate In!
Preview — Program
One: 5$ preview magnet sent home.
In order to implement this program, schools/organizations initiate artwork
creation in art class. After completion, artwork is sent to Art By Me, Inc. (Art By Me) for production
of preview product – 4” x 5” custom-made magnet from each
artwork. Art By Me sends back to the school/organization a Parent Pack for
each student. Parent Packs are sent home containing the student’s artwork
on a preview magnet, brochure that contains a gift guide,
order form and reply envelope. Parents/families can purchase the preview
magnet, send it back with no obligation to purchase and/or select
any of the other 30 gift items to showcase the same artwork. Parents/families
return order form and check back to the school/organization to participate.

Program is the most popular and generally the most successful
program for fundraising (25-50% profit made).
- It works best
for a large number of participants (over 100).
- The preview
program usually takes 8-10 weeks upon Art By Me’s receipt
of artwork.
Artwork — Program
Two: original artwork sent home
In order to implement this program, schools/organizations initiate artwork
creation in art class. After completion of artwork, the school/organization
assembles a Parent Pack for each student. Parent Packs are
sent home containing the student’s original artwork,
brochure that contains a gift guide and order form. Parents/families make their
purchasing decisions from viewing the original artwork. Parents/families
who wish to purchase gift items showcasing the artwork return the artwork with
order form and check back to the school/organization.

Program is the option for school/organizations who do not want
to send preview magnets home with students.
- It works best
for a small number of participants (under 100).
- The artwork program usually takes 4-6 weeks upon Art By Me’s receipt of orders.

Follow these steps to get the Art By Me program started at your school/organization.
- Register! Call
1-888-278-0123 as soon as you know you want to participate to get
on the schedule.
- Have
school/organizations information ready

- Have
target dates ready.
- Fall (Aug-Dec), Spring (Jan-May), Summer (June-July)
- Sales dates (when do you want packs to go home?)
- Know school start up and end dates, as well as dates for any breaks to aid in scheduling.
- Fill out and send (via email or fax) Information form to Art By Me.
- Art
By Me will send you a Schedule/Approval Form.
Get Schedule/Approval Form signed and send back to Art By Me as soon as possible.
